Cadence at Gateway expects to complete their build-out by late fall of this year.

Construction continues on The New Shops at Cadence at Gateway, located at the southeast corner of Ray Rd and Ellsworth Rd. Confirmed tenants include Jersey Mike’s, V’s Barbershop, Hokulia Shave Ice, Reformed Pilates, Nutri Shop, European Wax Center, and anchor tenant Ace Hardware. The development still has two end caps available and is seeking a small restaurant for one of the end caps, which is 2,720 square feet.
