This new experiential store will be part of a yet-to-be-developed plaza, located north of Living Spaces along Santan Village Parkway, embedding itself into the heart of an emerging shopping and lifestyle district. Notably, this Dick’s House of Sport will be adjacent to Whole Foods Market, positioning itself among key retail neighbors. It’s designed to provide an immersive shopping experience through a broad spectrum of sports-related activities and services. These include a 17,000-square-foot turf field and track, a 32-foot rock-climbing wall, golf pro shops with simulator-equipped golf hitting bays, a putting green, a batting cage, yoga and wellness services, along with equipment services like baseball glove steaming, racquet stringing, and various tune-ups. This strategic location and array of features highlight Dick’s Sporting Goods’ commitment to creating a dynamic, interactive environment that deepens customer engagement and enhances the sporting experience.
