UPDATE: The new restaurant concept named @famous66tavern, developed by the same owners of the Famous 48 restaurant, is set to open in Gilbert Town Square. This establishment is taking over a previously challenging location near Gilbert Rd and Warner, at 1026 S. Gilbert Road. The restaurant group had acquired the building for 2.3 million dollars two years ago.
