Greenfield Lakes Golf Course and Range Sold to Local Entrepreneur for $4.6 Million
Big news for Gilbert golf fans — Greenfield Lakes Golf Course and Range has officially been sold for $4.6 million to Dustin Williams, a local entrepreneur and longtime Gilbert resident.
The sale included 92 acres of golf course and driving range property — a major piece of Gilbert’s landscape that’s been part of the community since 1996.
But that’s not all — Williams also purchased the 2-acre hard corner parcel on the northeast corner of Greenfield and Warner Roads for $2.5 million, signaling even more potential for future development in the area.
Over nearly 30 years, Greenfield Lakes has seen its share of highs and lows, serving as a familiar backdrop for local golfers and residents alike. With new ownership, the course is poised for a fresh chapter.
Williams has shared plans to improve the course and surrounding area in several ways, bringing new life to this well-loved Gilbert landmark.
We’re excited to see how this next phase unfolds for Greenfield Lakes Golf Course — a true staple in Gilbert’s story.
