Announced/Upcoming Tenants (Phase 1)
Phase 1 of the development includes six buildings totaling approximately 37,300 square feet. As of August 2025, the following tenants have signed leases:
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille – The anchor tenant and the brand’s first location in Arizona. It will be around 11,000 square feet and seat up to 350 guests.
The Workshop Pilates – A locally based Pilates studio, opening its fourth Arizona location with a 4,275 square foot space.
The NOW Massage – A national wellness brand opening its fourth Arizona location in a 1,850 square foot space.
The Milkshake Factory – A specialty dessert shop featuring milkshakes, ice cream, and chocolates, opening its second Arizona location in a 1,704 square foot space.
Face Foundrie – An upscale facial spa leasing a 1,650 square foot space, also marking its fourth Arizona location.
The project is currently about 60% leased, with five available suites ranging from approximately 1,490 to 4,336 square feet.
