Northside breaks ground in SanTan Village

Located on the east side of Santan Village Parkway between Williams Field and Ray roads, Northside phase one comprises 37,245 square feet across six buildings, offering leasing opportunities for over a dozen retail and restaurant tenants. This project is part of the larger Northside master plan. Okland Construction serves as the general contractor, with Aline Architecture Concepts as the architect and Western Retail Advisors handling leasing.

Blake Bunker, Managing Partner at Okland Capital, emphasizes Northside’s mission to create unique and welcoming spaces, featuring patios and shared outdoor areas. Ty LeSueur from San Tan Development Group and Dan Henderson from Gilbert’s Office of Economic Development highlight Northside’s contribution to enhancing Gilbert’s upscale offerings and lifestyle amenities.

Upon completion, the 20-acre Northside at SanTan Village will include a main drive for easy access, a 134-key hotel, future mixed-use assets, shared community spaces, and a walking loop. The first phase is expected to complete by mid-2025, with a grand opening in fall 2025 and the hotel following soon after.
