Salt & Straw choses will open July 26

Salt & Straw, a craft ice cream company from Portland, Oregon, is set to open its first Arizona location on July 26 at the Epicenter on Higley and Ray. Founded in 2011 by cousins Kim and Tyler Malek, Salt & Straw uses fresh, local ingredients and has expanded to 25 locations nationwide. Their menu features both classic flavors like Double Fold Vanilla and Sea Salt Caramel Ribbons, as well as unique creations such as Strawberry Honey Balsamic with Black Pepper. Salt & Straw is the final restaurant tenant for Epicenter, bringing the development to 100% occupancy.
