Starbucks and Chick-fil-A are set to be constructed at the southwest corner of Warner and Ellsworth. The developer’s plan includes building on four pads along Ellsworth Road. The first pad, located just south of Warner on Ellsworth, will be a Starbucks. Two additional pads will be built further south, with the fourth pad designated for a two-lane Chick-fil-A. To the west of these pads, a future industrial park is planned.
